This Sunday we’ll be taking our sermon from the book of Refusals.
Chapter 1, verse 6 reads: “Hey thank you very much. Your track is really well made, but I have to say that this kind of luminous folktronica, with some processed vocals, doesn’t strike a chord with me in general”
I’d like to think this passage is about gratitude. Gratitude toward our self appointed betters and their use of vocabulary. Scholars now even believe the chord pun was in the original Greek.
